Take a look at all of the amazing things going on! You can change the layout by clicking here.
Come and be inspired to act in ways that you can manage – both personal and collaborative actions. We’re having “World Cafe” style discussions where people can stay at one table as long as they want and then move on. The topics are: Food, Transport, Energy, Money, Getting Involved and there will also be a children’s action table.
We’re encouraging people to come up with something new that they can commit to ideally in each of these topics.
There will be tea and cake. All are welcome, including children.
Bring along your broken electricals, computers, clothes, toys, clocks, watches, jewellery, and tools for sharpening, and we’ll have expert volunteers waiting to help you fix them!
Tea, cake and coffee available
All for free (donations welcome!)
Please only bring household items that you can carry.
Please note the start time is 2pm (please give us time to set up before you arrive!). Theres a queueing system as repairers become available – we’ll do our best to get through everyone quickly but there is tea and cake whilst you wait. Often its been busiest at the beginning so coming later can be an advantage in terms of waiting time.
Don’t forget to bring all the relevant leads and connectors/chargers etc. if you bring an electrical item.
If you can give us details in advance, that might help the repairers prepare.
