Hogacre Common Eco Park
47a Whitehouse Road, Grandpont Oxford OX1 4QH United Kingdom [Map]
Hogacre Common Eco Park is fourteen acres of land in the fertile Oxford flood plain, located less than a mile from the centre of Oxford. A small team of dedicated volunteers work with the local community to transform this space into an oasis of natural floodplain habitat with flower meadow, woodland, coppice, orchard, hedgerow, bee colonies, renewable power generation and a community garden.
The park is an exemplar or sustainable land management, carbon reduction and sustainable living practices. Open for all to explore although access is via a stepped railway bridge.
Our pavilion is available for hire to like-minded individuals and groups who want to support our work and to have their events in beautiful, environmentally sound surroundings.
