Adaptation to Climate Change – public meeting

This meeting gives an introduction to Adaptation to Climate Change and what this means, through a number of short talks.

The event is being organised by the Environmental Change Institute (ECI), University of Oxford, in association with Low Carbon Hub and the Oxfordshire Green Party.

While Adaptation is commonly discussed and understood in consultancy / academic circles it is not always well understood to people outside of this realm.

Hosted by Dr Helen Gavin of the ECI, and chaired by Hazel Dawe of the Oxfordshire Green Party, we are pleased to have the following speakers:

*ECI: Dr Mike Simpson will talk on Green Infrastrcuture

*ECI: Dr Julian Cottee will speak on Food Systems

*Low Carbon Hub: TBC


The format will comprise an introduction followed by 3 x 20min talks with a ~30 minute discussion afterward.
